Visitor information & prices

Free admission and guided tour for the person with a disability and their companion, upon presentation of valid proof (Mobility and Inclusion card for French visitors), or a certificate from the organising body (groups).

Discovery tour

  • €35 for a group of 20 people
  • €6 per person

Workshop tour

  • €45 for a group of 20 people
  • €6 per person

Guided tour with talk

  • Tour for pre-booked groups of 5 to 20 people with disabilities: €35
  • Tours for individuals (minimum 5 people): €4 per person

Good to know

  • Please be aware that the route is physically demanding (100 steps and 1.6 km of ramparts).
  • Lifts, ramps and walkways provide access to the Tower of Constance and one-third of the rampart walk.
  • Seating and benches.
  • High and uneven steps; uneven ground.
  • Accessible toilets for people with reduced mobility at the start and end of the tour.
  • Guide dogs and assistance dogs are permitted.
  • In summer, bring a hat and drinks.
