Free admission and guided tour for people with disabilities and their carer, upon presentation of valid proof (Mobility and Inclusion card for French visitors) or a certificate from the organising body (groups).

Guided tour in French Sign Language

  • Guided tour for pre-booked groups of 5 to 20 people with disabilities: €35
  • Tours for individuals (groups of 5 or more): €4 per person

Visitor assistance services

  • Audio guides 
  • Shop and ticket office fitted with induction loops.
