PRESENTATION

Discover the Tour de Constance on a guided tour lasting around one hour, specially tailored for school groups. Accompanied by our guides, pupils will explore the monument’s fascinating history through seven centuries of architecture, defence and everyday life.

This tour provides a comprehensive historical overview of the Tour de Constance and a better understanding of its role over time, at the heart of the ramparts of Aigues-Mortes.

After the guided tour, the ramparts remain open for independent exploration, allowing pupils to continue their discovery. They can thus walk freely along the 1.6 km-long parapet walk and enjoy an exceptional view of the town and the surrounding countryside.
