What to see at the Towers and Ramparts of Aigues-Mortes

Stretch your legs

Take a tour of the ramparts: 1,640 metres of rampart walk await you. Take advantage of this walk to (re)discover the defensive system and architecture of the Middle Ages... and get a breath of fresh air!

Playful mediation

From the very first rooms, in the Governor's Lodgings, the introductory areas of the tour explain the history of the monument, the town and salt mining, using models, projections and a short animated film!

All along the walkway, there are a number of features aimed at our youngest visitors: animated films, tactile tables, game panels, etc.

A view not to be missed

Take advantage of the terraces of the Tour de Constance, the Porte de la Marine, the Porte des Moulins and the Tour de Villeneuve to admire the best views of the salt marshes and the Camargue!
