The monument is open.

You will be safe

  • The presentation of a health pass will be mandatory to access the monument for anyone older than 12 years old and two months.
  • Please note that facial mask is compulsory.
  • Hydro-alcoholic gel will be at your disposal.

Opening hours

Opening times during the health emergency :

Opening of ticket office: 10am-6.15pm

From 6:00pm onwards, the public can choose between visiting the Tower of Constance or the ramparts

Conditions of visit

  • Limited gage: 175 people per hour in the monument (40 in the Tour Constance);
  • A visit to the ramparts is mandatory in one direction (1 mile, no turning). Persons with reduced mobility's access to the ramparts is temporarily closed. 
  • Attention, a circuit that is strongly exposed to the sun;
  • The Constance Tower is in a one-way direction, climbed by the lift, down the stairs. persons with reduced mobility's access to the tower is open (except the terrace);
  • Due to the limited number of visitors in the tower of Constance, guided tours of the tower are forbidden (including private guides).
  • Audio-guides: soon available for download;
  • The shop is open from 11:00am to 7:00pm;
  • From 6:00pm onwards, the public can choose between visiting the Constance Tower or the ramparts.
